WE MANUFACTURE THREE TYPES OF CAPPING MACHINES:
FOUR-ROLLER, GRIPPER
AND ALSO MACHINES THAT ARE A UNIVERSAL COMBINATION OF THE ABOVE TYPES

The four-roller capping machine is used for closing packaging with most smooth caps, pumps, triggers, twist-offs, pull-push packaging, flip-top packaging. We use tightening rollers made of high-quality materials that guarantee the expected performance with a long service life. They are easily interchangeable depending on the type of a cap.

In our capping machines, the tightening force is adjusted from the operator's panel.

The gripper capping machine is designed for plugs of various designs that require, for example, stable guidance, steady grip for changing the direction of rotation, synchronisation of rotation with feed, etc. Retrofitting involves replacing the entire gripper assembly or its jaws only. The shape of the jaws and the material they are made of are selected according to the customer's specific product.

Both types of capping machines come in three possible versions:

• with manual plug application,
• semi-automatic – placing the plug on the conveyor,
• automatic - with a sorter.
