Our product range includes industrial piston, flow meter-based, overflow, and vacuum filling machines.

Piston filling machines are driven by servo motors which speeds up refitting and makes it easier to make dose corrections from the control panel. The purer motion is fully programmable which enables exact synchronisation with the liquid mirror.

The filling machines can be calibrated for different dose sizes.

Refitting and cleaning of our machinery does not require tools. We strive to reduce the number of necessary formatting elements which enables for quick and easy machine refitting and minimises complexity. Filling machines can handle a variety of packagings with unusual shapes. The extraordinary precision of the filling process enables high accuracy of +/– 0.25%.

Operator work is facilitated by a system of scales, vernier and counters which translates into shorter operator implementation time and fast format changes.
